About us - Who are we?
RTG Global is a division of RTG FZE , which is established to simplify the process of Airport Meet and Greet solutions/Airport Transfers and other travel ancillary services. RTG acts as a Data Processor.
How do we collect information about you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website or use our services, for example, when you apply for Airport Meet and Greet services and Airport Transfers services.
What type of information is collected from you?
We only collect the information that is required by the service providers in order to submit the application or provide a requested service.
Some examples of the types of data that may be collected:
Personal data: Such as, name, national identity number, nationality, gender, details of your travel document (e.g. passport or ID), email address, telephone number.
Travel information for service requests – Travel itinerary
Sensitive Personal data: Photographs
Communication data: Contact details, email address, mobile phone number

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example; invoices for taxation legislation). Any other paper, hard copies, forms or other records containing personal information will be destroyed by a secure process within thirty (30) days of your application process is completed.
